We strive for excellence in every garment; however, if your purchase does not meet the Mercedes-Benz standard of luxury, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Mercedes-Benz signature packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid high-priority shipping label provided in the portal and attach it clearly to the exterior of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Deliver your package to an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary home collection through our concierge service.
